Processing Time

All products are preorder items.

Production typically takes 8–14 weeks.

Once production is completed, orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.


Shipping

Orders are shipped from the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 2–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.


Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • customs inspections;
  • weather conditions;
  • carrier delays;
  • holidays;
  • events outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

Minor cosmetic damage to the outer shipping box or product packaging during transit does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

If your package arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and contents.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
