Some products sold in our store are offered as preorders.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Estimated production time is 8–14 weeks. Production timelines are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, supplier availability, quality control, customs processing, shipping delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Your payment reserves your production slot. Manufacturing is scheduled based on preorder demand.
- Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after production has been completed.
- Estimated shipping times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Preorders may be cancelled only before production begins.
- Once production has started, preorder orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified, except where required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to delay production or shipment if necessary to maintain product quality.
- Minor cosmetic variations, including slight paint differences, color variations, molding marks, tiny imperfections, or small assembly differences, are considered normal characteristics of collectible products and are not considered manufacturing defects.
- Colors displayed on digital screens may differ slightly from the actual product.
- Minor cosmetic damage to the outer shipping box or retail packaging caused during transportation does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or return.
- Customers must inspect their package upon delivery. Any significant shipping damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of both the shipping box and the product.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, inventory errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.
For in-stock items, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue.
Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographs of both the shipping box and the product.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Preorder items once production has started.
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Perishable goods.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel or return certain purchases within 14 days, except where legal exemptions apply to preorder or made-to-order products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
